At first, I thought that there was something wrong with your cinquain. However, the more I look at it, the more I convince myself that it is okay. You may want to check to make sure that "Of beer" actually counts as a prepositional phrase. I can't find a reason why it wouldn't though. Also make sure that your infinitive phrase "To forget" is also a verb phrase. I also can't find anything saying that this isn't so though. The order is different from the "preferred" order, but I think it works just fine. Just check those things before turning it in; you make the final call.
